Ruff To Ready Grooming – Refund & Rescheduling Policy

At Ruff To Ready Grooming, we take pride in providing high-quality grooming services and ensuring every pet leaves looking and feeling their best. To help us maintain smooth scheduling and consistent service, please review our refund and rescheduling policy below.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

We do not take deposits; however, we kindly ask that you provide notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client and manage our day effectively.

Satisfaction & Groom Corrections

If you are not fully satisfied with your dog’s groom, please contact us within 48 hours so we can arrange a time to make any necessary adjustments. We genuinely value the chance to correct any concerns and ensure your pet’s groom meets your expectations.

No Refunds

Because grooming is a time-based service and we allocate staff and resources to each appointment, we do not offer refunds. Instead, we are committed to working with you to address any reasonable concerns through a complimentary correction session.
